Responders can do fun & convenient exercises with a reaction ball
Responders frequently struggle to find effective, fun and station/uniform friendly exercises while on duty. So following the KISS principle allow me to introduce the reaction ball. Bought at the sporting goods store or the pet store (yes, the KONG ball for dogs is a great substitute) the reaction ball is fun and challenging plus it will burn calories and pass the time between calls beautifully. Wall ball, circle drills, bouncing it to your partner the possibilities and combinations are endless. My favorite challenge is that it has to bounce 2X BEFORE you can try and catch it. Have fun!
