In an emergency, a flashlight is a vital tool. But what if the batteries die & you don’t have enough new ones, or you don’t have the right size? Panasonic’s Japanese branch, in response to the tsunami & earthquake last year, developed a new LED emergency flashlight that can run on any size battery, & even on fewer batteries than the flashlight accepts.
